The aerolatte French Press/Cafetiere is perfect for serving your morning coffee or to cap off a wonderful dinner at home with your friends (and all the times in between when you want to enjoy fresh, flavoursome coffee).

The beaker/carafe is made from premium-quality heat- and stain-resistant borosilicate glass, which means that you can watch your coffee while it brews and the glass will stay cool to the touch on the outside. Years from now, the glass should still look crystal clear and as good as new.

We’ve designed a unique and easy-to-use measuring gauge on the outside of the carafe to help you get the water to coffee ratio just right. This means you can enjoy exactly the right flavour for your desired number of cups.

The filter and plunger plate are made from rust-resistant stainless steel and have been carefully engineered to produce a smooth plunging action without releasing coffee grounds into your drink. This is a French Press that stands up to daily use.

Both the primary and plunger handles are made from heat-resistant ABS plastic for your comfort and safety. A micro-filter within the lid captures any excess coffee grounds that remain after plunging is complete.

The holder and filter are suitable for hand washing, while the carafe is quick and easy to remove and can be placed in the dishwasher.

Serving suggestions

Light and tasty cappuccino

Pour the French Press coffee into your coffee cup (about one-third of a cup). Heat one-third of a cup of milk in the microwave, froth with the aerolatte frother until a nice thick foam is produced then slowly pour into the coffee, starting from around 5-6 cm above then getting closer to the end. This will give you that delicious cappuccino-style crisp finish and taste.

 

Iced coffee

Make up your French press as normal, then pour to around one-third into a tall glass. Place one scoop of ice cream into the glass, then top with foamed cream or extra frothed milk – perfect for cooling off in the summer heat.
